Carrot and apple juice has to be my favourite flavour combination – if you’re friends with me for more than a week you can guarantee that you’ll see me drink this at least once! I first tried it with the added cinnamon in a cafe and the flavour was even better than usual – try it and you’ll see.
4 large carrots
2 small apples
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baobab powder – I like to use Organic Burst
Serves 1 (large)
- Scrub your carrots and apple under running water – if your juicer is smaller or less powerful you might also need to core the apple and cut the top off the carrot, or chop them into large chunks.
- Feed all of the solid ingredients into your juicer then stir the cinnamon and baobab through the juice before serving immediately.
