Juices are a fantastic way to get some veggies into your diet, and I love the vibrant colour that beetroot always lends to drinks. The ginger takes away some of the beetroot earthy taste to leave you with a smooth but refreshing juice, perfect for fighting off the winter blues!
2 raw beetroots
½ – 1 inch length of raw ginger
1 teaspoon Organic Burst baobab powder
- Scrub your beetroot, carrots and ginger under running water, and wash the apple.
- Depending on the strength of your juicer you may need to top and tail the carrots and beets and core the apple. Some juicers may also require you to cut the ingredients into large chunks depending on the size of the feeder tube on the machine.
- Feed all of the solid ingredients into your juicer then stir the baobab through the juice before serving immediately.
